You have to follow the Google Maps API Terms of Use, as if you were directly using the Google Maps API.

As long as Google continues the map service the way it is, and my hosting company is ok, this should continue to work
for a while (more than one year). If I have to stop the service, I will try to inform you as long in advance as possible.
Of course I can also stop the service or even ban some users if I believe that they behave badly.
